Love Grows Here

Nurturing and sharing the love of God is what lies behind all that we do at Holy Comforter, in worship and in how we serve our neighbors every day.

We are a welcoming church and encourage you to learn more about us by exploring this website to understand what we believe, what we say, and most importantly what we do. We hope that you like what you see enough to visit us on a Sunday for worship, follow us online, or participate in our many ministries. We invite you to join us at our church in the Dilworth neighborhood, just south of Uptown Charlotte, or during one of our growing online ministry opportunities.

Capital campaigns are conducted every few years to fund major and long-term expenses and capital investments in the church. Our most recent capital campaign, Making Room for the Spirit, was completed in 2018 and successfully raised over $1.2 million to renovate the Atkinson building, reduce debt, purchase the property next door at 2729 Park Road, and conduct strategic site planning for the future.
