YOU Are Welcome Here!

If you are looking for a church to call your own, we hope you will consider us! At the root of all we do is our desire to live out the Great Commandments of Jesus Christ: to love God, and to love our neighbors as ourselves. We hope what you see here will inspire you to visit.

Sundays: 8:00 & 10:30 am Worship (Holy Eucharist) – 12:30 pm La Misa in Spanish

Kids are at Home in God's House

God put the wiggle in your children – so there’s no need to suppress it here! We take Jesus’ charge to “let the children come to me” seriously. During the program year, we offer nursery for children under 3, Sunday School for younger kids, youth group for those in grades 6 – 12, and fun activities that build faith and fellowship year round.

HoCo 2020

“The process of intentional and holy listening speaks volumes about who we are and the kind of people we want to be.” The Rev. Kevin Brown, Rector

Hear what the church is saying

Over 175 parishioners participated in 15 small group sessions and provided over 650 ideas for how Holy Comforter can “care for our commons.” What was most evident throughout the entire HOCO 2020 input process was the abiding love for the church’s buildings and grounds and for our community. Holy Comforter’s people yearn to live out more deeply our shared God-centered mission, in both traditional and new ways.

On March 21, the committee delivered a preliminary report to the Vestry and recommended ideas that required ballpark pricing.  After Easter, the Vestry received a final report with budget numbers. The Vestry will decide on priorities and next steps, which may include a feasibility study for high priority items.

Stay tuned for the HoCo 2020 Committee's report to the parish on June 11.
